The Luton Fireworks 2010

The date and venue for this year's Luton Firework Spectacular is Saturday 6th November 2010 at Popes Meadow, Old Bedford Road.
The display will start promptly at 7.30 pm and will last about 20 minutes. However, the site will be open from 6.30 pm until 8.30 pm with children's rides and entertainments together with a variety of different refreshment facilities.
This year's display will be fired by a professional firework company.
This event may be unsuitable for very young children. Please use your parental discretion.
Please leave your pets at home. No animals are permitted on site.
ROAD CLOSURES
For the safety of the large number of people visiting this year's display, there will be certain road closures applied from 5pm until 9pm on Saturday 6th November.
Old Bedford Road between Cromwell Hill and Stockingstone Road.
Wardown Crescent.
All the roads requiring access via the two above closed roads.
With proof of residency, all residents will be permitted vehicle access, but it should be noted that the section of Old Bedford Road along Popes Meadow will be closed to ALL traffic, so residents should ensure that their entry/exit point to/from the closed area is appropriate.
Please do not bring fireworks into the ground. This includes sparklers.
